Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over £50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

Step-by-Step Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Item details (name, size)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely repackage items in original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Pierced earrings (unless faulty)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly indicate your desired replacement item/size
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Include all original documentation
  • Original duties/taxes cannot be refunded
